1) Our commitment

Just Tiles LLC is committed to providing a website that’s accessible to the widest possible audience. We work toward a perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust experience aligned with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

2) Legal framework (United States & Arizona)

This statement is provided with reference to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)—primarily Title III for private businesses—and Arizona’s Arizonans with Disabilities Act (AzDA) (A.R.S. § 41-1492 et seq.). While these laws don’t mandate a specific technical standard, we use WCAG 2.1 AA as our practical benchmark for design, development, and testing. (For federal guidance and contacts, see ADA.gov.) 3) Conformance status

Status: Partially conformant to WCAG 2.1 AA

We’ve completed an internal self-assessment. Many success criteria are satisfied; several improvements are planned or in progress.

Known or potential gaps

Contrast & visual states: Certain component states (hover/focus/disabled) may occasionally fall short of contrast thresholds. (1.4.3 / 1.4.11)
Keyboard support & focus: Some interactive controls may need clearer focus indicators or refined tab order. (2.1.1 / 2.4.3 / 2.4.7)

We prioritize issues affecting non-mouse use, visible focus, reading order, and color contrast. As improvements go live, we’ll update this statement.

4) Assessment approach

Methodology: Internal expert review, manual WCAG testing, keyboard-only navigation checks, and targeted assistive-technology spot checks.
Assistive tech considered: Leading screen readers on desktop and mobile, plus built-in platform accessibility features.
Limitations: This is not a third-party certification.

5) Compatibility & supported environments

We aim to support the current and previous major versions of:

Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
Operating systems: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
Assistive technologies: Popular screen readers and platform tools.

6) Continuous improvement plan

Address items listed in Section 3 via tracked tickets and regression checks.
Integrate accessibility into design reviews, code reviews, QA, and content workflows.
Conduct periodic usability sessions with assistive-technology users.
Maintain a public accessibility changelog linked from this statement.
